Rogers Capital is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join its Customer Experience team.

Join us in delivering top-notch customer experiences. 

Your role:

  • Answer to customer' s queries through incoming calls and mail
  • On boarding of application on available platform.
  • Manage all incoming calls efficiently
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and explain the best solution to solve the problem, follow up until resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools provided by the company
  • Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and peers
  • Act as the company's first point of contact
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions

Your profile:

  • HSC Level or equivalent
  • Customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • 3 years’ work experience in a client facing environment is mandatory
  • Can communicate easily (Verbal & Written) in French and English
  • Computer literate (well versed with Microsoft Tools)
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible
