Your role:
- Answer to customer' s queries through incoming calls and mail
- On boarding of application on available platform.
- Manage all incoming calls efficiently
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and explain the best solution to solve the problem, follow up until resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools provided by the company
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and peers
- Act as the company's first point of contact
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
Your profile:
- HSC Level or equivalent
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude
- 3 years’ work experience in a client facing environment is mandatory
- Can communicate easily (Verbal & Written) in French and English
- Computer literate (well versed with Microsoft Tools)
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
