We are currently looking to hire a Customer Care and Administrative Coordinator.
📍 Location: Moka Business Centre, Moka
💰 Salary Package: Rs 20,000 + transport (first 6 months) → Rs 22,000 + transport (from 7th month)

✅ Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media & in person.
✅ Assist clients with queries, refunds, exchanges, appointments & general support.
✅ Provide administrative support to the team, from order processing to stock management.
✅ Manage office supplies & ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
✅ Support marketing efforts (uploading/boosting social media content, coordinating suppliers).
✅ Help organize meetings, take minutes & assist with office documentation.
✅ Handle bookings for facial treatments & spa schedules.
✅ Work closely with logistics, procurement & finance teams.
🔹 Experience in administration & customer service? Great! But NOT mandatory – we believe in potential!
🔹 HSC leavers are welcome to apply! 📚
🔹 Fluent in French & English (written & spoken) – a must!
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Apps.
🔹 Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.

📅 Monday to Friday (business hours)
📞 On-call for client queries on Saturdays
