The Customer Care Representative at a travel agency will assist clients with bookings, inquiries, and ensures excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome arriving guests at the airport and provide essential information about their stay and destination.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements to their accommodations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Meet guests at their hotel to ensure their stay is going smoothly and to create a positive first impression.
- Promote and sell activities, tours, and experiences available in the destination to arriving guests.
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, events, and activities, assisting guests in planning and booking their leisure time.
- Ensure guests have all necessary information to make informed decisions about their activities.
- Act as a liaison between guests and our planning team to facilitate bookings and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available activities, promotions, and special events.
- Assist with educational tours (EDUC tours) and groups, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Meet sales targets and goals set by Silver Wings to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- HSC holder
- Previous experience in Travel industry or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to meet changing customer demands and operational needs.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and booking systems is an advantage.
- Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Empathetic and respectful in all interactions.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
