Cim Finance is looking for self motivated outdoor clerks to assist in visiting overdue debtors to collect arrears or repossess articles. Successful candidates will work autonomously and be responsible to plan their day to ensure the most efficient and effective collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum collection of arrears through clients visits
- Provide effective and efficient customer service
- Gather information on clients and report to company
- Assist and support in achieving company's objectives
- Help in the repossession of articles
- Assist in identifying opportunities to cross sell Cim Finance products
