The working hours for this job are as follows: 

Monday to Friday 

12:0019:30  

You will work on Mauritian Public holidays, and be paid according to local legislation. 

You will not work on Irish public holidays.

We are currently expanding our teams and are looking for talented professionals to join our Ireland Business Unit. 

Shape🚩 Position: Customer Account Specialist 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting (preferred) 

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices 

  • Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) 

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry 

  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes 

  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis 

  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities 

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial policies 

  • Collaborate actively with the accounting team for seamless operations 

Preferred Qualifications: 
🎓Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
🎯 Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus. We will also consider partly qualified candidates (e.g ACCA level 1).
