You will be responsible for assisting the Crew Manager in administrative manning and crewing activities and support the department on administrative, organizational and logistic matters.
In order to achieve this, you will:
Be the contact point of seafarers, P&I clubs and private insurances for medical claims and disabilities;
Be OCS (internal Offshore Personnel management tool) key user
Prepare reports and follow-up on files, meetings, presentations, surveys, communication;
Support the processes documentation update;
Coordinate amongst Crewing Department for smooth processing of invoices checking, documents logistics;
Assist in audits preparation and corrective actions;
The Crew Department Assistant is linked functionally to the Crewing Manager.
Your profile:
You have a University degree;
You have relevant experience in a similar position. Knowledge of marine industry and/or oil and gas industry will be a plus;
You are extremely organized, able to manage priorities and have strong attention to details;
You are dynamic and polyvalent and you have excellent communication and customer-service skills;
You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time and to think and act quickly under pressure and meet deadlines;
You must be willing to work autonomously and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment;
You are at ease with IT tools and have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially of Excel;
A perfect command of French and English is mandatory.
