Costing officer

We are looking for 2 experienced Costing Officers to join our team who will be responsible for ensuring accurate product cost estimations and will play a key role in maintaining the financial efficiency of our textile production processes and helping to optimize cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare precise cost estimates for textile products, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Analyze raw material costs, production processes, and labor expenses to ensure efficient pricing.
• Review and update standard costs regularly to reflect market changes and operational adjustments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with the production, procurement, and finance teams to manage cost drivers and suggest improvements.
• Negotiate and close deals- Follow-up on quotation submitted to clients.
• Prepare detailed cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Costing Officer or similar role in the textile industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
