- Good Accounting Practices
- Computer Literate

EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience in the same position in the Tourism/Hotel Industry.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing regular Food and Beverage cost reports.
• Checking of open beverages & open Food bills.
• Void & Return Bills Control.
• End of month report reconciliation of stock.
• Monitoring pricing of items on sale in the Hotel’s shop.
• Handling all daily queries from F&B Department regarding Costing, Price Proposals and creating/updating items on Info Genesis.
• Daily analysis of F&B sales discounts.
• Preparation of technical datasheets (fiches techniques) for F&B department.
• Updating Costing with latest prices so as to adjust corresponding selling prices
• Preparing End of Month Food, Beverages, Wine & Tobacco cost reports with all pertaining computations, comments and analysis
