C-Care, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating the two main private healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely Clinique Darné and Wellkin Hospital. C-Care also owns and manages C-Care Clinic and C-Lab.
What you will be doing:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry. trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal departments to customize solutions that meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
- Participate in corporate events and networking opportunities to enhance the hospital visibility and brand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline status.
- Conduct hospital tours with potential and existing clients.
- Carry out internal audits.
- Assist the Corporate Sales Coordinator in preparing the MIS packs.
- Contribute to the PAT.
- Prepare credit applications and ensure files are complete.
What are we looking for?
• HSC or Diploma in Sales and proven experience in the sales department
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM Software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The candidate must possess have a valid driving license and have her own car.
