Summary of Role
As a Financial Due Diligence Analyst, you will be mainly responsible for compiling information into data packs for financial due diligence assignments as well as providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization, contributing to effective financial management and planning processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Compile financial and non-financial information to produce high-quality data packs for due diligence purposes.
- Ensure data pack quality by performing checks in formula accuracy, internal consistency, grammar and formatting.
- Assist seniors with other value-added services provided to foreign Corporate Finance teams.
- Adhere to all Risk & Compliance procedures in line with company and the client's expectations.
- Adhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Act.
- Escalate issues to the reporting line as and when required.
- Assist other departments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Higher School Certificate (HSC).
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or partly ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified is a plus.
- 1-2 years' experience in Accounting/Audit/Finance would be an advantage.
