ENL Corporate Services has an opening for the post of Corporate Communication Coordinator.

We invite applications from suitably qualified, self motivated and agile candidates to join our Corporate Communication Team which has the responsibility to build, enhance and protect ENL Group's image and reputation through communication targeting internal and external stakeholders.

Working under the responsibility of the Corporate Communication Manager, the jobholder will contribute to build and nurture lasting relationship with ENL Group's target audiences. Duties will include:

Corporate journalism:

  • To contribute to the timely development, production and broadcasting of high-quality content for both online and offline platforms (intranet, websites, newsletters etc).

Project coordination:

  • To actively participate in the production of organisational publications such as newsletters, blogs, branding collaterals etc within set deadlines, and in the successful organisation of PR events and functions.

Administrative support:

  • To enforce brand guidelines, keep updated libraries of photos and press clippings, ensure the department’s equipment are in good working condition, manage the department’s calendar and monitor departmental expenditures for the purpose of reconciling bills.

Public relations:

  • To liaise with other departments and with ENL subsidiaries to support their communication objectives; act as PR liaison for all stakeholders and the media in particular.
Profile of candidate
  • University degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, political science or a related field
  • Two years’ experience in the field of journalism, communication or public relations.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and French with proven copywriting and editing skills.
  • Skilled and experienced in operating and editing audio/video/ photography equipment
  • Experienced in social media management and in web publishing
  • Skilled in project planning and execution
  • Adaptable to changing work priorities and ready to work flexible hours
  • Capable of working independently under minimum supervision to achieve set objectives
  • Proactive attitude, diplomatic skills and experience of teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
