Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate administration? A reputable Management Company located in the North of Mauritius is seeking a Client Administrator to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse portfolio of Trusts, Global Business Companies (GBCs), and domestic client entities.
Qualifications required:
Degree in Law, Management, Finance, or a related field.
ICSA or STEP qualifications (or currently studying towards) will be an advantage.
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Management Company or fiduciary services environment.
Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework in Mauritius, especially related to Trusts and Global Business.
Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with company secretarial software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage a portfolio of client entities including Trusts, GBCs, and domestic companies.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory filings, board resolutions, and client correspondence.
Maintain client records in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Liaise with clients, regulators, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Provide support with KYC, compliance monitoring, and risk assessments.
Assist in onboarding of new clients and entity formation.
