We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to manage daily operations, streamline processes, and support key projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficiency and productivity across teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support – Manage schedules, meetings and correspondences.
- Communication – Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Event Coordination – Organize meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
- Project Coordination – Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all records and procedures adhere to company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC or a first degree will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience.
