We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with experience in Digital Marketing to join our CRO department. Your role will involve leveraging your digital marketing skills to create and optimize landing pages and web pages.

 

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with experience in Digital Marketing to join our CRO department. Your role will involve leveraging your digital marketing skills to create and optimize landing pages and web pages. Utilising tools like Google Analytics, you will implement strategies that resonate with our clients' target audience, drive conversions, and contribute to our growth. The work location is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop Landing Pages: Craft engaging landing pages that are tailored to our clients' buyer personas, encouraging visitors to engage and submit a form. Experience with WordPress will be an advantage.
  2. Conversion Optimization: Apply digital marketing insights to conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven enhancements to maximize conversions. 
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics to track, assess, and report on the performance, providing valuable insights to improve conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing professionals to align with overall brand and conversion objectives.
  5. Stay Informed: Continuously learn and implement the latest trends, tools, and technologies in CRO and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related sector. Experience in CRO is a plus, but not required.
  3. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
  4. Experience using Wordpress will be a definite advantage
  5. Solid understanding of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and innovative approach.
Training will be provided to the right candicate.
