Avacor Ltd is looking for a Control Centre Coordinator
Main Function:
The Control Centre Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Control Department efficiently and effectively. This includes continuous monitoring of day-to-day activities, updating the in-house software, addressing all queries, and acting as the liaison between the Payroll Department, HR Department, and Control.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of controllers on a daily basis.
- Verify and make sure final duty roster is sent each day within allocated time frame.
- Verify daily attendance records through reports on system and report any required modifications.
- Ensure all control-related documents are systematically saved in the designated Company Data Folder.
- Manage absences and leave requests, including local and sick leaves for security guards, in line with Management’s established procedures.
- Be available 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
- Enforce strict adherence to grooming standards.
- Verify Daily State Report on system (DS) and follow up on corrective actions with GM & HR Department.
- Maintain impartiality in handling personnel matters.
- Always uphold integrity and honesty towards the company.
- Be prepared to take on additional duties as required by Management.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Control Department.
- Attend Management meetings at Avacor Head Office as required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
- IT literacy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic IT equipment and mobile devices, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, COUNT functions, etc.).
- Quick learner with strong self-learning capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Impartial, disciplined, and patient in decision-making.
- High sense of confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and outside regular hours when needed.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum HSC with Computer or Diploma in Management, IT, Data Manipulation, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT or Data Manipulation, or the Security Industry would be an advantage.
