We are looking for a Content Publisher to manage and enhance our clients' digital platforms using various Content Management Systems (CMS), including AEM.

 

This role requires a mix of technical expertise, consulting skills, and meticulous attention to detail to create, migrate, and maintain high-quality content that ensures an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management & Creation
  • Maintain and update content on clients’ digital platforms using diverse CMS tools.
  • Create new content pages, features, and applications based on customer requirements.
  • Assist in content migration between systems while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Requirement Analysis & Implementation
  • Analyze client briefs to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve ambiguities and provide expert recommendations.
  • Suggest alternative solutions when initial requests do not align with best practices or technical feasibility.
Quality Assurance
  • Perform self-reviews of content before submission for Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Identify and correct errors such as typos, formatting inconsistencies, and functionality issues.
Client Interaction & Consulting
  • Maintain open, professional communication with clients regarding content needs and updates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic content and design recommendations for improved user engagement.
Technical Expertise
  • Utilize basic HTML and CSS for content customization and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on complex issues and system-specific requirements.
Project Management & Team Collaboration
  • Work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Identify and implement improvements in content delivery processes.
Problem-Solving & Standards Compliance
  • Troubleshoot issues such as 404 errors, incorrect pricing, and non-functional pages promptly.
  • Ensure content meets brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with CMS platforms in roles like Content Manager, Online Editor, or similar.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus!).
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality content accuracy and functionality.
  • A problem-solving mindset, paired with strong consulting and customer service skills.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (advanced skills are a bonus!).
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
