Content & Digital Marketing Officer

Africa HR Solutions is a Mauritian-based company aiming to provide the best payroll solution for all employees across the African continent. We are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Officer who will support the company in its various activities with strong digital and traditional marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Social media marketing : developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers.
• Search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.
• Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation's website.
• Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns & blogs relating to industry.
  
• Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
• Designing website banners. Creation of print and online visuals (flyers, newsletters, invitations...).
• Using web analytics software to monitor performance of website and make recommendations for improvement.
• Conducting key word search and web statistics reporting.

Requirements: Qualification and Skills

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or any related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media, etc.) and market research methods.
• Fluent in English and French.
