Customer Experience | Ensure quality of service and responsiveness to customer requirements | |
Ensure all complaints are dealt within SLA’s or escalated in need

Compliance |
Ensure operations are in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures

Ensure all concerns or queries are escalated to the Compliance team immediately for guidance | ||
People |
Dispense training and coach the sales team regularly | |
Manage the operations of the department and the overall team effectively | ||
Promote a culture of inter department collaboration | ||
Ensure appropriate measures are in place to address poor performance | ||
