Cim Finance is looking to recruit a dynamic manager with a proven track record in sales to lead a large team in achieving ambitious targets.
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | ||

| Sales | Prepare reports to Management and make recommendations to improve trends noted. | |
| Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s targets within prescribed timelines. | ||
| Closely track sales trends and implement measures to address concerns as required | ||
Implement a proactive approach to market trends to maintain competitive edge

| Customer Experience | Ensure quality of service and responsiveness to customer requirements | |
Ensure all complaints are dealt within SLA’s or escalated in need
| ||
| Compliance |
Ensure operations are in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
| |
| Ensure all concerns or queries are escalated to the Compliance team immediately for guidance | ||
| People |
Dispense training and coach the sales team regularly | |
| Manage the operations of the department and the overall team effectively | ||
| Promote a culture of inter department collaboration | ||
| Ensure appropriate measures are in place to address poor performance | ||
| JOB REQUIREMENTS | ||
| Qualifications | Bachelor Degree in Management or similar qualification
