Our client in the banking sector is seeking to recruit for a suitably qualified and experienced Confidential Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and reports: Draft, edit, and format various documents, including memos, letters, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested. Ensure accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- To provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- To liaise and follow-up with officers in respect to matters which are being dealt at the level of the Managing Director.
- Maintain confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including personnel matters, legal documents, financial data, contracts, and other proprietary information.
- Perform all duties cognate and/or incidental to the above as well as such other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Profile:
- Higher School Certificate plus additional qualification in secretarial duties.
- 5 years proven experience as a Confidential Secretary or equivalent administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
