RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and Greet Guest Upon arrival, during stay and at Departure
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner at all times and record all relevant information
- To know the operating hours of each outlets within the hotel
- Promote the hotel facilities efficiently
- Implement and maintain daily Courtesy Calls program and compile Guest Feedback log
- To ensure all customers’ requests / complaints are handled quickly and effectively
- Arrange / coordinate unique experiences and celebrations by actively promoting hotel services
- Act as an ambassador of the destination and be able to successfully display local knowledge and give recommendations
Qualification
School Certificate
Experience can be an advantage.
Fluent in English and French
