Great opportunity to join a boutique business law firm in Mauritius.

 

Compliance

  • Assistance in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (vis-à-vis AGO, ROC and DPO)
  • Assisting in client due diligence and internal conflict checks
  • Client database management
  • Preparing and archiving client files

Admin & Secretarial

  • Assisting with client interactions in office
  • Assistance in office organisation
  • Liaising with service providers
  • Liaising with the company secretary in timely filing of company documents
  • Provide secretarial support to management
  • Calendar management
  • Assistance with such other cognate duties as may be assigned

Required Skills

  • Organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Proactivity and can-do attitude

Minimum Qualifications

  • A levels
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and French
