Compliance
- Assistance in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (vis-à-vis AGO, ROC and DPO)
- Assisting in client due diligence and internal conflict checks
- Client database management
- Preparing and archiving client files
Admin & Secretarial
- Assisting with client interactions in office
- Assistance in office organisation
- Liaising with service providers
- Liaising with the company secretary in timely filing of company documents
- Provide secretarial support to management
- Calendar management
- Assistance with such other cognate duties as may be assigned
Required Skills
- Organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Proactivity and can-do attitude
Minimum Qualifications
- A levels
- Oral and written proficiency in English and French
