As a C&B Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our employees are remunerated fairly and benefit from the best social protection and reward systems. You will work closely with our People Operations team and various stakeholders across the company, ensuring our C&B processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral Bonus Program:
- Manage and process monthly referral bonuses.
- Address referral bonus queries from the People Operations teams.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with the Recruitment team in case of referral bonus system bugs.
C&B Analysis & Business Intelligence Reporting:
- Analyze HR and C&B metrics using BI tools.
- Conduct internal equity analysis and flag issues to the local HR team.
- Collaborate with the People Analytics team to improve existing BI reports or develop new ones.
- Provide reporting for Remuneration Commissions, ensuring accurate and relevant data.
- Support additional analysis to deepen insights into HR metrics.
Salary and Compensation Management:
- Assist the People Operations team in defining salary grids methodologies.
- Prepare C&B envelope simulations and consolidations.
- Monitor and analyze C&B envelope consumption, providing alerts to relevant stakeholders.
Health Insurance & Benefits Management:
- Liaise with brokers/insurers for the implementation and renewal of complementary social protection plans.
- Support the People Operations and Procurement teams on the renewal of these plans.
- Consolidate and assess new benefits proposals or extensions.
- Estimate costs for benefit programs and present them to the relevant stakeholders.
Performance Management & Objective Letter:
- Design and develop different schemes of variable remuneration (incentive schemes, bonus schemes, variable on Objective Letter).
- Assist Corporate HR in the analysis for Objective Letter Closing and Mid-Year Reviews.
- Support the creation of Business Account profiles and monthly advances for managers.
- Prepare and gather the KPIs for team bonus programs.
- Collaborate with local teams for OL creation and other related processes.
- Coordinate the yearly increase campaigns (methodology, process, tools) in collaboration with Corporate HR.
Training & Support:
- Deliver training on C&B topics to People Operations teams.
- Act as a point of contact for all C&B-related questions and support the team in implementing new processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, C&B, or a financial role with strong analytical and data skills.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and BI reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Profile:
- An interest in human resources and compensation systems.
- Previous experience in HR analytics, C&B, or finance.
- Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT/Poe.com, etc…) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
