Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and data-driven environment? We're seeking a talented Commercial Analyst to join our centralised Analytics department, where we're dedicated to providing invaluable insights across Marketing, Customer Insights, Safer Gambling, and fostering a robust culture of data-driven decision-making within our organisation's strategy.

As a key player supporting our Digital business, you'll be at the forefront of driving commercial decisions that shape our growth and success. Your role as a Commercial Analyst involves providing insightful and actionable analyses, guiding recommendations in crucial areas such as acquisition, CRM and loyalty programs, cross-sell strategies, churn prevention, and understanding customer behaviour dynamics.

Your daily tasks will include regular monitoring of business performance, identifying areas for in-depth analysis, and uncovering the underlying trends that drive success. Using customer and transactional data, you'll pinpoint opportunities to boost revenue and customer lifetime duration. From analysing campaigns to measuring the success of promotions and marketing activities, your work will be pivotal in optimising strategies. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, presenting your findings and contributing to negotiations that drive performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an analytical role, with knowledge of gambling and gaming preferable
• BSc/BA in quantitative field (Statistics, Digital Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Science)
• Knowledge of SQL and/or one of the following: Python, R, SAS
• Knowledge of Data visualisation software, PowerBI preferrable
• Ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations
• Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
