Commercial Travellers

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join Sales and Marketing team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and love building strong relationships. Visit clients, represent top-quality products, and achieve sales success while contributing to Aryze’s legacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
• Follow and keep contact with clients through regular visit and/or phone calls as and when required and as per weekly routing.
• Ensure all products are referenced and well-merchandised on the trade.
• Daily filings
• Verify that all invoices bear clients' signature, BRN & telephone number
• Ensure that all discounts given to clients bear the client signature and telephone number
• All payment made by a client is backed by signed an Official Receipt
• Cash payment should be safely stored in the goods vehicle
• Close stock & accounts everyday (Fill Daily Cash Receipt)
• Ensure that the closing accounts and cash collected at clients tally
• Replenish stock and ensure all products are available in goods vehicle
• Ensure that goods vehicle is always clean & tidy with strong emphasis on storing the products in good condition
• Monitor all debtors and ensure payment of receivables in time
• Gather all materials and documents for efficient and effective sales (Price lists, discounts, POS mat)
• Ensure POS materials are in good condition and present at all clients.
• Monitor stock rotation of products both on outlet's shelves and in stores
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to bring strong loyalty
• Handle and respond to clients' queries quickly and effectively
• Ensure excellent customer service to clients
• Provide relevant and constant market feedback to management

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: HSC holder
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Other Skills:
• Valid Goods Driving License and holder of a Food Handler Certificate.
• Computer literate
• Good Communication, Negotiation, Selling and Persuasive skills
• Proactive and Cooperative with strong service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest and trustworthy
