The Commercial Administrative Intern is to assist the Commercial department in the day-to-day daily duties. She/he contributes to the success of the business processes in order to run smoothly and with effectiveness the Commercial department.
Responsibilities:
- Support on a daily basis the key people of the Commercial Department in general administrative work.
- Assist with the follow up of important documents as and when required
- Assist with the preparation of the sales manual and checklist for signatures.
- Assist with the filing of documents as per established standards.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition and PO / payments follow up.
- Ensure petty cash is processed within the SLA(Service Level Agreement)
- Assist with the dispatch for Retail shops
- Maintain Filing System updated
- Provide regular assistance for meeting arrangement and training.
- Back up support to other commercial admin assistants as and when needed.
- Offering excellent customer service
- Promoting the vision, mission and values of the organization.
Qualification/Personal Competences
- Higher School Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent speaking and writing skills (English and French)
- Ability to quickly identify a problem and opportunity.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment.
- Makes recommendations and suggestions to improve daily operations.
- Ablility to multi-task and work under pressure.
