Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

• You will have a Client Portfolio and will deal directly with these clients for their projects.
• Take briefs from Clients. Organize status meetings with clients and write contact reports.
• Need to understand client’s brands and marketing strategies, as well as managing their communication budget.
• Follow up for implementation of campaigns with the Creative Department.
• Understanding of the media environment so as to propose the adequate media recommendations to Clients
• Responsible for the planning of photo shooting:

• You will liaise with the model and photographer,
• Ensure that photographers are briefed by art director or creative director
• Make sure that all props, models and location are organized for shooting.
• Follow up with media department after media plan approval
• Follow up with Creative Department for material request after media approval
• Follow up with the printing department for quote requests, check-up of quotes with production requirements

• Responsible for the organization and coordination of PR Events and liaise with suppliers (outside office hours also)
• Assist Managing Director in day-to-day projects and with the follow-up with the printing and media department:

• Filing of ALL documents from Client Service Department and Managing Director’s office.
• Set up and follow-up of a data base for casting.

Qualification:

• Degree in Marketing / BComm / Advertising or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in an ad agency or as a brand executive.
