Our client is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship and Administration Executive who will report to the Portfolio Manager. The incumbent will be the main point of contact for the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of customer relationship, administrative support and clerical tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and understand their needs and develop solutions.
- Draw, update and send out notice, agenda and minutes of General Assembly.
- Perform data entry and update client's files.
- Handly clients' concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes that may affect clients.
Profile:
- Minimum Diploma, additional qualification will be a definite advantage.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office : MS Excel, word, powerpoint, outlook and adobe acrobat.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills both English and French.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Muti-tasking, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational and relational skills.
