An exciting opportunity has arisen for Client Liaison/ Sales Agents to join DMS BPO Services Ltd on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will come from a customer services/ sales background.

 

You MUST have a real passion for providing excellent customer service - manage a portfolio of clients for one of the world's leading online financial trading brokerage and be able to contribute positively to our dynamic working environment towards meeting our goals.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Diploma or University/ College Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance or any other relevant Management field or any equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in English and an additional language (Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, etc..) would be an advantage
  • I.T. Proficient
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • A strong interest in the Financial Markets and Trading
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage own workloads and meet deadlines/targets

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-          Open new accounts and build a new clientele base

-          Maximises all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable

-          Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services

-          Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems

-          To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlines by the Head of Sales

-          Following up on leads for prospective clients

-          Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures

-          To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon

-          Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company's trading system

-          Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems

-          To develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis

-          Be proactive in self-development regarding sale techniques and industry knowledge
