As a Claims Officer at Quantum Insurance, you will play a key role in verifying and processing insurance claims with precision and adherence to company procedures.

As a Claims Officer at Quantum Insurance, you will play a key role in verifying and processing insurance claims with precision and adherence to company procedures.

You will work closely with policyholders, service providers, and insurers to ensure efficient claims resolution, delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Processing & Inquiries: Handle claims and address inquiries from policyholders, claimants, and service providers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assessment & Verification: Review claims in accordance with road traffic regulations and collaborate with third-party insurers to determine liability.
• Surveyor Management: Appoint and manage external surveyors for complex cases claims, ensuring all repairs and actions align with policy coverage.
• Customer Communication: Keep customers informed at every stage of their claim and resolve any issues promptly.
• Data Accuracy: Enter and verify all claim-related data accurately in the system to ensure timely processing and payments.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly claim processing targets as per claims guideline and ensure claims are settled and closed on the system within 2 weeks when parts are available 

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling or a similar role.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of claims handling and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and insurance industry standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
