We offer a win-win digital solution that helps Talents find employment without leaving their country, with companies located where there is a Talent shortage, in countries or even continents different from their own. Our AI-powered technology also provides talents with professional knowledge environments that enhance their own skills, helping them maintain their legitimacy.

We are now seeking our CTO, that will play a key role in defining the technological strategy and driving the evolution of our platform.

The missions include :

• Leadership and management of the platform development project, aligned with the company's objectives.
• Management and supervision of the technical team
• Active involvement in coding, including code review and contribution to the codebase.
• Steering the product roadmap in collaboration with the business team.
• Product backlog management: Prioritizing, refining, and overseeing the product backlog in coordination with the development teams.
• Optimizing processes and tools within the team.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with current standards and regulations.
• Close collaboration with other departments to integrate technology and products into business and operational initiatives.
• Managing the technology and product budget.
• Monitoring technological trends and anticipating innovations to maintain competitiveness.

 The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced CTO with:

• Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ideally, a successful experience in SaaS platform or marketplace development.
• A deep passion for product development and matching client’s needs.
• The drive to dedicate time and energy to growing Talenteum.
• Fluency in French & English
• A strong academic background from a top engineering or development school would be a plus
