Chief Site Supervisor

The Chief Supervisor is responsible for planning and execution of works (own works or subcontracted works) on one part of a large contract, a medium sized contract or a number of small contracts.

  • 5 years’ experience or more in the construction sector
  • Ability to lead a multicultural team (mainly expatriates)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues that arise on-site promptly.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, which can be particularly advantageous in managing a multicultural team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Qualifications:

Higher School certificate and certificate in construction or equivalent
