• To ensure the Guest History of each Beachfront Suite guest is communicated to the Resort Hosts • To manage and oversee the arrival and departure of guests, working in close coordination with Front Office to ensure the procedures and tasks
Main responsibilities:
• To ensure the Guest History of each Beachfront Suite guest is communicated to the Resort Hosts
• To manage and oversee the arrival and departure of guests, working in close coordination with Front Office to ensure the procedures and tasks
• To participate fully in Quality Assurance inspection
• To ensure suite is ready prior of guest and prepared as per preferences with amenities placed as per VIP level
• To monitor billing of minibar items and other consumptions delivered in Beachfront Suites
• To assist guest with any queries or bookings prior or during their stay
• To arrange courtesy gifts or setups and keep records up to date in guest profile
Qualifications and profile:
Diploma in Tourism Management
