We are looking for Chef de Partie with minimum of 5 years working experience in the kitchen department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and support the Kitchen Chef in food preparation.
- Coordinate banqueting events.
- Help with menu planning.
- Oversee breakfast preparation and service.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation in the restaurant.
- Ensure that food are served to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure enforcement of health and safety standards within the kitchen.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
- Holds at least a School Certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in the kitchen department.
- Able to work flexible hours
- Excellent cooking skills
