The Cards Operations Assistant will ensure that all Cards operational & system related tasks are completed. He/she needs to deliver excellent customer service to both internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Understand and follow Cards Operation’s policies and procedures in place
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify, and provide feedback and reports for customer’s issues & complaints
- Have a sound knowledge of Cim Finance’s Cards & Payments products and keep oneself up to date with industry trends
- Able to master the different Cards and non-cards related system/software/ scripts and tools in place, such as the Card Management System, etc.
- Give precise information to clients and able to explain logic behind actions taken such as interest calculations, etc.
- Provide Operational Support to customers
- Attend incoming and perform outbound calls when required.
Profile
- HSC
- At least 1-2 years of working experience preferably in a Card Operations/ processing environment.
- Previous experience in the financial or banking sector would be an advantage
- Microsoft Office.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good Email writing skills
- Multitasking
- Good time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
