Car Rental Agent

We are looking for a motivated Car Rental Agent to join our big family - (Hertz).

Main Responsibilities

• Attend our counters at airport and Hotels

• Liaise with the reservation team and Hotel Representatives and provide necessary feedbacks

• Apply customer relation skills to avoid complaints from clients

• Provide assistance to clients in case of breakdown, accident etc.

• Deliver and collect vehicles, perform movements of vehicles inter hotels and to other locations

• Prepare vehicles for hire, i.e. wash and refuel

• Prepare rental agreements with clients

• Sell Insurances such as STP and SCDW to clients and look for potential clients.

• Open and Close Rental Agreements on our IT system.

Specific Requirements

•Holder of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent

•Excellent communication skills

•Be fluent in French and English both written and spoken

•Experience in Sales and Public Relations in the Tourism Industry would be an advantage

•Proactive, outspoken and outgoing personality

•Holder of valid driving License with a clean driving record.

•Preferably residing within the Plaine Wilhems
