CAR BOND CLERK

Main Duties and Responsibilities

-    Ensure the good functioning of the car bond operations

-    Maintain a good client relationship and demonstrate courtesy at all times

-    Responsible for the receipt and delivery of vehicles in bond while ensuring compliance with the established procedures

-    Inspect vehicles upon arrival and properly document any anomaly

-    Ensure that all arrivals and deliveries are input on the company software

-    Organize the vehicles in the designated area to maximize space in the bond

-    Abide by the car bond procedures and keep proper records of the car bond operations

-    Ensure that all reports are submitted as per the given deadline

-    Liaise with stakeholders and authorities as and when required

-      Ensure that all policies and procedures are respected

-      Help maintain a safe and orderly environment

-      Adhere to all safety & health policies and procedures

-      Perform these and other cognate duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

-      HSC or equivalent

-      Previous work experience relevant to the Vehicle Bond Operations

-      Holder of a clean and valid driver’s license

-      Knowledge of WMS (Tradenet) and NetSuite would constitute an advantage

-      Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

-      Good organizational and time management skills

-      Good written and oral communication skills

-      Attention to details

-      Outgoing personality

-      Ability to work odd hours (Shift work)
