Call Centre Executive/Data Analyst
Our client is seeking to recruit a motivated Call Centre Executive / Data Analyst, proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer operations, to join their customer service team. You'll handle customer’s order data while ensuring optimum data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer’s order details.
- Auditing performance reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with teams for seamless service.

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible in different work shifts (Day/Night).
