CAM Engineer/Technician

Ekium AMIO Ltd is a growing engineering company based in Mauritius and part of the French EKIUM Group, a world leader in engineering design.

our Missions : 

-          Participate to the e-learning website:

• Prepare tutorial videos regarding use of the CAM software. 
• Produce and add tutorials videos to build up the online E-learning website. 
• Maintain and keep the E-learning Website up to date.

-          Release of new versions

• Participate in the debugging and testing phase of new versions of the software. 
• Write documents and produce videos to introduce new features.

-          Write the online Help

• Enrich the online help by writing new pages of the document.
• Integrate existing documents into this new Help.

To realize these tasks, you will:

-          Follow professional training on the GO2cam software.(Milling, Turning, WireEDM, etc.)

-          Be involved in continuous research on CAM and every aspect related to it. 

-          Participate in weekly briefing regarding ongoing and future projects. 

-          Have daily Teamwork and Communication (Teams and web sessions)

-          Undertake some administrative works and liaise appropriately to other team members. For eg. KPI, minutes of meeting, plan of work etc. 

-          Learn and gain exposure to video recording/editing software.

-          Gain access, learn and work with Confluence wiki by Atlassian for the creation of the online Help.

Your profile: 

Minimum BSC in ElectroMechanical or BEng Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering. 

OR Brevet de technicien (bt) en fabrication mecanique - (maintenance and production mechanics).

Good skills in computer use and MS Office. Knowledge in CADCAM is a plus.
