Job Responsibilities:
Supervision and Staff Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of other butlers and household staff.
- Hire, train, and manage staff members.
- Handle payroll and performance reviews.
Guest Services and Personalization:
- Greet and check in guests.
- Learn guests’ preferences, allergies, and dislikes.
- Arrange dining and entertainment experiences.
Beverage and Food Expertise:
- Have a thorough understanding of spirits, specialty foods, and wine collections.
- Serve meals and pour drinks for guests.
Household Maintenance and Errands:
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room cleanliness.
- Run errands for guests when needed.
Hospitality and Discretion:
- Recommend amenities and arrange personalized services.
- Handle sensitive matters discreetly.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
