Main Accountabilities

• Take part in training and implement accordingly
• Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
• Report technical defects and having the necessary repairs done
• Arrival Villa: doing inventory of all kitchen accessories (plates, Glasses, room linen…)
• Goi the extra mile in attending to any VIP request
• Carry out inventory of all kitchen accessories, room linen and so on in departure Villa
• Ensure efficient use of materials to minimise costs
• Clean of Villa as per SOP
• Clearance of all breakfast set up
• Put all cutleries & plates in dishwasher for washing
• Strip the Villa as and when required
• Clear up of all curtains
• Follow schedule of cleaning standards as per SOP
• Perform any Hand dish wash which cannot be put in dish washing machine
• Clean Kitchen inclusive of all kitchen equipment
• Wipe crockeries and cutleries and tidy them up in their respective place
• Clean the dish washer, laundry machine, dryer in the utility area
