Business Consultant

BDO IT Consulting Ltd is recruiting a motivated Business Consultant to join its growing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse and document business processes and customer requirements
• Diagnose IT system problems, inefficiencies and weaknesses
• Assess clients’ IT systems and infrastructure
• Recommend technology solutions to meet business needs
• Provide advice on technology best practices
• Prepare project documentation and deliverables
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions
• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new technology
• Develop proposals for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 2+ years’ work experience preferably in systems applications

Experience/knowledge in the following will be an advantage:

• User requirements gathering
• ERP system implementation
• Project Management
• Business Process Re-engineering

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong presentation and relationship skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work both in a team and independently and to manage own workload
• Logical, analytical and creative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
