We are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be the link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of impactful projects that exceed stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of needs and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and developers, facilitating clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new software or system improvements, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to identify potential solutions that align with business goals, assessing current systems and processes.
- Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visually communicate potential solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Support quality assurance efforts by defining test cases and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets business requirements.
- Manage project timelines and prioritize deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Continuously identify areas for process optimization and business improvement through the effective use of technology, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Candidates Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or any related finance IT degree with 2-3 years of experience in deployment of business applications
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven track record of gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management and business analysis tools
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
