Bus Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description

To carry out surprise cash counts on the Bus Stands.
To verify any act of vandalism in the bus.
To ensure that WiFi and other assets of the company are operating properly.
To verify the cleanliness of the buses.
To monitor the cameras and GPS.
To ensure that all windows are closed and buses are clean when buses are parked at the closing of the shift in the depot.
To abide strictly to the schedule of work.
To report any irregularities which may have been encountered during a check to the Finance and the HR Department within 24 hours.
Identify and report non conformances as per the quality procedures.
To perform training of drivers and conductors on quality standards as and when required.
Give route information to the Stand Regulators to better plan the flow of buses.
Ensure that all employees are adhering to the established procedures and grooming standards in the company.
To make any surveys as and when requested.
To note down and report any illegal operators operating on a particular route.
Record any customer complaints on the personal log book and thereafter report complaint to the Customer Care Officer.
Any other related duties.

Salary Details: Basic Salary (Rs 10,000) + Performance Bonus (Rs 3000) + Attendance Bonus (Rs 2000)
