As a Sales Executive for two brands, the person will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, market share, and revenue. Close collaboration with the brand manufacturer along with sales team, the marketing department, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
- Sales Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel sales campaigns in line with the marketing department to drive sales growth.
- Market Analysis: Able to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth. Use insights to adapt strategy and tactics.
- Sales Enablement: Develop compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and sales tactics.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for the brands sales and marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse sales and marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring all sales and marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or equivalent in Sales and Business with an IT background, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and brand management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
