Brand Developer
Responsibilities
- Achieve overall brand health targets (Volume, Value, & GI); take corrective actions when necessary to ensure brand success.
- Develop and execute the brand strategies and create brand toolkit elements to support brand objectives.
- Align brand positioning and development initiatives with the overarching brand strategy to ensure consistency and growth.
- Develop and implement integrated brand and innovation plans for the Cane brands to drive brand success and market differentiation.
- Oversee and manage brands, coordinating brand support activities that align with the consumer decision journey and enhance overall consumer experience
- Negotiate and maintain a good relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the trade marketing activities and report on the results and insights.
- Manage New Product Development (NPD) project end-to-end.
- Execute at least 3 brand events per week to drive liquid to lips and conversion.
Education/Competence
- Master’s degree in business administration/ equivalent qualification
- >10 years’ experience in sales/ Marketing
- Keep abreast of the business environment dynamics and creative management tools & techniques
- Adopt a business-oriented and entrepreneurship mindset
- Be willing and able to organise and execute events after working hours
