As a Brand Ambassador – Digital Channel, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Digital channels, financial products and driving customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in road shows, promotion campaigns, and other activities to raise awareness and generate interest in our mobile app and digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with the development team and provide them with feedback following customer interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the lending and payments space.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Utilize customer service tools and systems proficiently to assist and guide customers in navigating Cim's product line.
- Utilize data analysis skills to generate reports detailing customer engagement activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service
Candidate profile:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales environment within a bank or non-bank financial institution
- Proficiency in using digital sales and marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Conflict Resolution
- HSC or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field is advantageous.
