Bookkeeper

Offshore Commercial are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their busy team ,located at Beau Plan. The ideal candidate should have previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within the commercial sector. We are looking for someone organized, eager to learn and who can prioritize work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping
• Invoicing
• Recording supplier bills
• Payment of bills in online banking systems
• Payroll payments in online banking systems
• Bank reconciliations
• Administrative support to management as requested
• Running a trial balance in the system
• Chasing outstanding client debtors
• Assisting with running reports in the system / providing invoices to auditors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3+ bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
