Key responsibilities
•Be the Billing Process Expert and coordinate all billing activities under assigned territories and deliver within the agreed SLA and required standards.
• Assist in billing related project for process optimization initiatives within Africa region to improve both accuracy and efficiency in billing transaction and ensure standard process across the countries.
• To ensure that correct billing information is collected to produce and ensure completeness of billing.
•Proactively follow-up to ensure no SLA breach. Prioritized a variety of time-sensitive tasks.
• Ensuring that monthly invoicing and credits are correct, and all revenue are loaded on time.
• Adhere to policies regarding invoicing ensuring approvals for credit notes.
• Assist on the billing queries and dispute and ensuring minimum impact to billing quality and revenue.
• To prepare and coordinate on the accruals for unbilled items based on revenue report
• Act as a key support to assist and coordinate on system migration and implementation.
• Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Head of Billing and credit control or any other person designated in their absence.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diplomacy, tact and ability to interact effectively and confidently at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office matters with utmost professionalism.
• Negotiating and influencing skills.
• Computer literacy, with advanced Excel experience.
• Ability to analyze / solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities
• Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Head of Billing and credit control or any other person designated in their absence.
• Able to adapt to changes and manage complex situations.
