*SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience *Prepares beverages of the different bars and delivers effective and efficient service to guests as per Standards *Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage

Main Duties:

• Prepares beverages of the different bars and delivers effective and efficient service to guests as per Standards
• Adapt to unexpected situation
• Respect and apply SOP
• Take part in training and implement accordingly
• Take guests’ order promptly and do the proper follow up
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Promote bar items as per upselling standards
