Veranda Grand Baie Hotel and Spa is looking for passionate and talented candidates to join the Team ! Candidates residing in North, Port Louis, lower/higher Plaine Wilhems or East will be considered.

SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience

At least 2 years work-related experience in F&B operation in the related field

Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage

Train and motivate subordinates for which he/she is responsible

Be aware of all cocktail recipes

Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement

Participate in Eco standard/sustainable responsibility set by the hotel

Present bill to guests and ensure that they are signed or paid and post same on the system

Perform “mise en place” of the bar counter

Display bottles and ensure that glasses are polished
